Michael Granoff, Head of Oil Independence Policies at Project Better Place is committed to helping countries such as Israel achieve independence from oil by constructing battery charging and exchange infrastructure to give zero-emission election cars unlimited range. Michael's mission is to advance our ability to move countries off of oil, giving them a policy framework to speed the conversion from gas to elective drive. Michael is also responsible for generating public support for these policies.
Recently featured in Thomas Friedman's The New York Times article "From Texas to Tel Aviv," Friedman attributes the success of Project Better Place to the idea that "no other country has a bigger interest in diminishing the value of Middle Eastern Oil than Israel."
